Project System (PS) Sector
Project System Specialists are responsible for the creation of design drawings and submittals (system drawings, bill of material, calculations, technical manuals, “as-built”, etc.) for fire alarm systems and track for design approval. They should have a basic understanding of mechanical systems and their interface to fire alarm systems. They identify, define and develop solutions to issues that are not immediately evident in existing processes and systems. Under general supervision, ability to exercise independent judgment, must compare alternate courses of action and make a decision after considering the options. They Understand customer needs in making day-to-day decisions and provide feedback or occasionally take action on changes in customer requirements. Work as a team player to technically support our sales team, technicians, CAD drafters, and project managers through the delivery cycle. Periodically visit project sites for surveys or to attend meetings.

Workforce Planning & Time Management Sector
The Workforce Planning and Time Management Specialist is responsible for monitoring and analyzing staffing and performance statistics and ensuring that call center resources are utilized in such a fashion as to provide optimum service levels while contributing to a favorable work environment. The workforce specialist will also perform trend analysis and recommendations of staffing needs, create and maintain agents’ schedules including shrinkage, training, and other events as needed, maintain and ensure the accuracy of master roster and IEX scheduling software.

Production Planning (PP)
Production Planning (PP) Specialist coordinates production workflow for one or multiple products. Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand. Plan production tasks and schedules according to customer orders. Develop and review production plan with Managers for approval. Monitor the execution of the production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely fashion.
